Casting Intern(s) for Dec 2021 - Jan 2022
Looking for mass communications/ media/ art/ film students on holidays , recent graduates, someone on a hiatus. Minimal one month internship; will extend to early 2022 if there are suitable applicants who can commit.
Graduates seeking a full-time Casting Assistant position are welcome.
General Outline for Every New Project
- Research: for roles/ type of profiles and other relevant to casting matters
· Brainstorming, sourcing of talents, online or otherwise
· Liaising with talents and agents; scheduling audition appointments
· Assisting with auditions ( basic makeup/ styling / acting such as standing in for eyeline or as a reader )
· Paperwork includes downloading audition videos and snaps, logging of casting sheets, compiling decks for presentation
You should be adaptable, speak or write well enough to be understood, able to handle stress, roll with the punches.
Learn and experience on the job what goes behind the casting for an ad, in auditions, attend commercial shoots.
