Your Task 

Position: Operations Excellence Executive 

• Collate documentations (DO, invoices, certificates) and ensure that they are in order prior to delivery
• Maintain accurate records of inventories receipts, transfers and returns
• Maintain accurate records of times during deliveries to ensure billings by vendors are accurate and fair
• Schedule for delivery to meet customers’ orders timely and effectively
• To liaise with store supervisor, delivery drivers & sales personnel via emails, text message and voice calls
• Capture, track and coordinate with customers by providing detailed reporting of delivery and project status and coordinate with relevant parties for any additional orders/enquires
• Resolve issues faced by boarding officer during delivery by acting as the coordinating party with other departments
• Set-up internal reporting and processes to drive more efficiency in billing processes
• Respond to customer enquiries and assist customer in making delivery bookings on the platform
• Work with other colleagues to enhance the effectiveness of the applications developed by SSD

Requirements (For Interns)

• Able to commit 3 months or more
• Full-time basis (summer internship positions are also available)
• Strong in English written and verbal communication
• *Positive attitude with a hunger for learning*
• Must have interest in the Maritime and Logistics industry
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Outlook and Excel
