The Role
To assist with customers enquiries
To accompany our exponential growth, Shirtual is seeking for an intern who wants to explore and experience working in a start-up company. Where we are able to allow you to work in different kinds of filed and department for you to gain more exposure.
You will be responsible for assisting with new and existing customers, managing customers inventory and tracking of shipments.
This role is to provide sufficient support to our customers by thoroughly understanding our core business solutions and services.
The position is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
• Managing client’s final artwork design
• Assist with new and existing customers enquiries and needs
• Manage customers inventory and tracking of shipments
Requirements
• Diploma in design or fine arts, fashion design, business or related field.
• No experience needed
• Ability to liaise with overseas factory in Mandarin
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• A team player with positive disposition and good communication
• Positive working attitude
