Main Purpose
As a member of the Travel Retail APAC team based in Singapore, you will be responsible for managing and tracking of incoming payments, ensuring accurate invoicing, maintaining organised records of customer accounts, as well as other month end closing activities and will be reporting to the Finance Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle accounts receivable operations including collections and credit notes
- Support credit check review
- Handle AR queries from customers & other departments
- Support month-end closing activities
- Ad-hoc finance related assignments
Requirements
- Bachelor Undergraduate majoring in preferably Accountancy
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; motivated with high degree of commitment to meeting deadlines, targets and objectives
