Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing the full HR spectrums to support the day-to-day HR operations and activities for the brands.
  • Assist full recruitment process and fulfilling the manpower needs for the brands (onboarding and offboarding).
  • Working closely with all Brand leads; in a consultative role advising them on performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation, reward, and talent management.
  • Drive culture change and establish HR best practices in talent management and development.
  • Assist in reviewing and improving HR workflow, policies, and procedures, roll out productivity initiatives to motivate employees and drive business performance.
  • Assisting the team leads in facilitating performance management exercises for managing brands.
  • Coordinating external training programs with various organizations. 
  • Acting as the first line of contact for related queries from employees and external parties and maintaining a positive and friendly company.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Senior HR Manager.

 

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in Human Resource, Business or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant HRBP experience, preferably in the F&B, Retail, FMCG industry.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of labour and industry relations laws and practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS InfoTech, is an added advantage.
  • Mandarin/Cantonese speaking preferred.
