ShopBack's eCommerce loyalty & discovery platform currently powers Taobao, Expedia, Lazada, Groupon and more than 500+ ecommerce merchants. After slightly over a year, we now provide cashback rebates to over 500,000 users and are aggressively focused on growing & dominating the landscape.
With a close-knit team of 80 across 4 markets, our team comprises management and experts from top companies such Mckinsey & Co, Credit Suisse, Lazada, Zalora, Groupon and Singpost eCommerce. We have global ambitions and are up against international incumbents in a rapidly emerging field!
You will be working closely with our Head of Partnerships who is a great lady with experiences in Groupon, OCBC & more! Think you got what it takes to join the ShopBack team?
So, what is YOUR part to play?
To liaise and network with a wide range of ShopBack’s partners (Banks, Telecom companies etc.)
Advance the developments, negotiations and executions of new business strategies and meeting KPIs
In charge of creating and updating customer databases
Closely involved in the arrangement and distribution of marketing materials
Be part of the visual/creatives process on ShopBack’s web platform
Monitoring competitor activity and be responsibility over partnership accounts
Supporting the Head of Partnerships and the department
Have YOU got what it takes?
Minimum Diploma holder
Must be meticulous - detail oriented!
Fast learner and proactive!
Good communication skills - you’re going to have to interact with lots of people!
Able to commit full-time for at least 6 months
