Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the scheduling of assets online and ensures adequate exposure for every deal secured by the Business Development team
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns
- Manage and maintain the assets on various platforms on ShopBack (including app and web)
- Schedule and upload marketing offers onto ShopBack's internal platform
- Investigate and proactively resolves any operation issues with the Business Development team
- Optimise platform assets and analyse website performance and data on a regular basis and sharing key insights and learnings with the internal marketing team
- Drive projects with product and engineering team to improve workflow processes by automation
Requirements
- Able to commit for a minimum of 4 months full-time (ideally 6 months)
- Able to start immediately (preferrably)
- Candidates with basic excel skills preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Investigative and problem solver
- Proactive and takes the initiative to solve issues fast
- Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive work attitude with good communication skills
- Responsive and fast worker
