We are looking for highly energetic interns to join our marketing team! Successful candidates will work with the Marketing Director and can be allocated the following duties:
- Identifying the best possible marketing channels and platforms to market the product and following through for any marketing campaign – market research and conducting analysis, etc.
- Brainstorm and suggest marketing campaigns and have the autonomy to take charge and lead the execution of any campaign upon approval
- Play an active role in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives - generating useful content to retain customers through effective communication (EDMs)
- Maintain and grow the company’s social media platforms
- Managing onsite content and campaigns, helping with deployment and management of content on our interactive website
- Managing merchants’ offers and deals – keeping merchant content up-to-date and promoting them in a clear, attractive manner
- Conduct market research (own-time-own-target) in order to suggest best practices for marketing and any possible improvements
We don't ask for much from you, so long as you are hardworking and learn fast. The other requirements are as follows:
- Background and/or interest in marketing and communications, especially in e-commerce
- Adaptable, comfortable with change, able to think on your feet in order to solve problems
- Meticulous, keen eye for detail
- Independent, responsible and possessing a keen sense of ownership
- Eager to learn about anything and everything!
- Good command of English. Another language would be good!
- Knowledge of social media is a plus (well, using Facebook shouldn't be a problem for you right?)
- Basic use of Photoshop is a plus
