Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support our talent acquisition team and hiring managers to drive the full-cycle recruitment process regionally from crafting job descriptions, candidate sourcing and selection, and interview coordination
  • Develop innovative and resourceful ways of sourcing and attracting top talent
  • Partner with multiple hiring managers and internal stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of our business and hiring needs in order to effectively drive recruitment efforts
  • Provide an engaging and stellar candidate experience for all our candidates
  • Support our talent acquisition team with exciting employer branding initiatives
  • Be a talent ambassador for ShopBack!


Requirements:

  • A passion for recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and quick delivery
  • Creative and highly resourceful
