With a close-knit team of 80 across 4 markets, our team comprises management and experts from top companies such Mckinsey & Co, Credit Suisse, Lazada, Zalora, Groupon and Singpost eCommerce. We have global ambitions and are up against international incumbents in a rapidly emerging field!

So, what is YOUR part to play?
Implement new initiatives for the merchant team to automate processes and speed up the current flow.
Discuss and negotiate with local and international merchants
Work with ShopBack’s Tech, Customer Service, Marketing and Merchant teams to identify processes which can be improved.
Work with networks and merchants to ensure accurate information is being captured
Have YOU got what it takes?
Good level of Microsoft Excel
Able to communicate well using various methods (Email, Skype, Face-to-face)
Ability to troubleshoot and fix problems
Attention for details
Responsible and trustworthy
Takes pride in their work
Ability to use Macros are an added benefit
