ShopBack's eCommerce loyalty & discovery platform currently powers Taobao, Expedia, Lazada, Groupon and more than 500+ ecommerce merchants. After slightly over a year, we now provide cashback rebates to over 500,000 users and are aggressively focused on growing & dominating the landscape.
With a close-knit team of 80 across 4 markets, our team comprises management and experts from top companies such Mckinsey & Co, Credit Suisse, Lazada, Zalora, Groupon and Singpost eCommerce. We have global ambitions and are up against international incumbents in a rapidly emerging field!

What is YOUR part to play?
Ensure transactions are processed correctly and efficiently in order to give the customer the best experience
Improve and create current processes for the merchant team to remove manual tasks and increase productivity
Liaise with local and international Merchants/online stores regarding key campaigns
Work with multiple departments across all countries across ShopBack to solve merchant issues
Have YOU got what it takes?
Min. Diploma / Degree holders welcomed
Minimal commitment of 4 months
Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
Great communication skills
Keen eye for detail
Able to identify problems and implement quick solutions
Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthy
Understanding of VBA / Macros is an added benefit
