Shopee Pte Ltd – Singapore Warehouse Return and Refund Intern

1. Conduct quality checks for return-and-refund parcels Resolve seller/buyer disputes
2. Take charge of disposal methods for returned parcels based on parcel types
3. Communicate with external teams for operational excellence
4. Ensure accurate mediations when monetary implications are involved

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Analytical skills to understand business implications
• Detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and provide value to the company
• Independent worker and fast-learner with a high level of initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Powerpoint
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
