Job Description


  • Assist the Marketing Automation team with email HTMLs, data management in the platform and quality assurance of campaigns
  • Lead the implementation of all CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Use Content Builder to prepare the content for the Emails
  • Creation and maintenance of Data Extensions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Support cross platform testing
  • Assist the Lifecycle Marketing team with campaign design and analysis of data for both pre and post-campaign analysis'
  • Assist with regular updating of CRM communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across all markets
  • Ensure practices and guidelines are followed for email campaigns to implement growth strategies and improve EDM performance across the region
  • Daily/weekly updating of reports and dashboards
  • Assist with updating the project calendar

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, penultimate or final year students preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good logical thinking
  • Proficiency in ExcelFamiliar with HTML/Javascript/Python/SQL is a plus

  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
