Job Description

 

  • Support and coordinate the personal tax filing process with vendor and local People teams
  • Collaborate and coordinate with local People teams on various mobility logistics including but not limited to visa, flights and relocation assistance
  • Document current and new processes including but not limited to immigration, tax, payroll, vendor enrolment and cash disbursement
  • Monitor assignees’ visa, flight and tax residency status closely and ensure information is updated and tracked timely
  • Analyse mobility expenses and prepare reports for management
  • Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting
  • Tax or accounting-related background or past tax internship experience
  • Detail-oriented and well-organised in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude
  • Fast-learner with strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Powerpoint
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
  • Students who can commit part-time, minimally 4 working days a week, are also welcome to apply
