Job Description

Shopform is looking for a Growth Executive to support its user growth, retention, and community plans. You will work closely with the Head of Growth / Co-Founder and the Growth Team to ensure that the Shopform mission and vision comes to life. 

This exciting role exposes the candidate to the day to day running of a high growth tech company that is supported by the government and private investors across Asia. Candidates will get a good sense of entrepreneurship and how an early stage startup works. This role will be perfect for candidates who are exploring starting their own tech startup in future.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Grow the Shopform user base

    1. Execute and implement various organic and paid growth strategies to grow the existing user base 

    2. Experiment and implement creative, unconventional and cost-efficient channels to build, grow and retain our user base

  2. Build the Shopform Community

    1. Manage and maintain Shopform’s profile and brand image across all fronts

    2. Come up with a strategy to build the Shopform community

    3. Organize, manage, and oversee community meetups online or offline, while ensuring proper community outreach, media, and press coverage

    4. Manage the local online/offline Shopform communities and channels

    5. Ensure community acquisition and growth through reinforcing a positive image of the company

    6. Assist with the engagement of local partners - KOLs, PR agencies, marketing agencies, and youtube/TikTok channel owners. 

    7. Stay on top of the local and international fashion and social commerce trends and news

  3. Social Media Management

    1. Build, strategize, and distribute content on our existing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn)

    2. Moderate the local forums, social platforms, and chat groups, and interact with the community to increase positive engagement

    3. Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of Shopform’s local user base and influence

  4. Content Marketing

    1. Distribute our owned content through the distribution channels necessary

    2. Provide feedback to the Content Marketing Team and suggest improvements in order to increase engagement across the community and on our social channels

    3. The need to write blog posts for the Shopform blog from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Remote candidates with 1-3 years of experienced are welcomed to apply
  • Prior experience in marketing, growth, media, or PR relationship management preferred 
  • Proven experience in participating and/ or building local fashion/ social commerce communities and a track record of successful local fashion experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Experience with startup tools such as Google Suite, Hubspot, Mailchimp etc. is preferred
  • Strong interest in fashion e-commerce or social commerce
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to take up responsibilities and challenges
  • Excited to be working in a small start-up with dreams of starting their own in future
  • Most importantly: You should have the bravery to challenge the status quo and think differently, thrive in ambiguity, work out loud together, thrive in a culture of giving ‘tough’ love to care for each other and the ideas, and be ever curious, always connecting the dots.
