- Consolidating sales orders and liaising with sourcing team
- Handling customers’ product enquiry/order/delivery
- Preparing delivery orders, keeping records and coordinating with logistics companies
- Performing order picking and packing, filing and completing order and shipping documents
- Maintaining inventory storage including periodic stock counts
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Organized individual with an eye for detail and quality
- Ownership and accountability in tasks assigned
- Pleasant and positive personality
- Able to work independently as well in a team
- Ability to speak Mandarin to coordinate with sourcing partners
- Proficient in MS office application, in particular MS Excel
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
