We are a small start-up, who is looking for an enthusiastic team member to join us! Siam Chic Fashions is a Thai fashion store that aims to promote and bring the beautiful fashion of Thai culture to Singapore. Started with a passion for Thai fashion, we are constantly looking to grow!
Key responsibilities:
Order Packing:
-Pack clothing items and prepare for delivery.
- Label packages accurately to prepare them for delivery.
Customer Service:
Respond to customers via WhatsApp, email, Shopee and Lazada and assist them with issues related to orders, deliveries and general product enquiries such as helping to suggest products according to their size.
Attend to face-to-face customers who may fix an appointment to try out the clothes at our office.
E-commerce Support:
Assist in managing and updating product listings on our WordPress website, Shopee and Lazada.
Social Media Support:Assist in creating social media post for Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.Assist in LIVE videos.
Filming and video editing.
Making of flyers and catalog.
Requirements:
-Must be Singaporeans or PRs as we are unable to apply for work pass.
-Reliable and trustworthy.Hardworking and willing to learn.Good customer service skills.
-E-commerce experience will be an advantage.
-Knowledge in Thai fashion will be good.
-Experience in website management (WordPress) will be an advantage.
-Graphic design and social media experience will be preferred.
-Should be comfortable showing face on camera for LIVE videos.
-Design and marketing background will be an advantage.Knowledge on filming and video editing will be good.
Experience:
-Retail experience will be an advantage.
-Marketing and social media experience will be an advantage.
-Website management will be an advantage.
-If no experience, it is fine as well as we can train you!
