Job Description

Role Overview

A Business Development Management Intern is responsible for creating and implementing strategies that help the company to expand channels and revenue, offline as well as online. You will work closely with the team to identify gaps and new opportunities to drive growth. You will be a part of the Strategic Business Development team who is in charge of identifying channels and developing strategies to improve the overall revenue of the company. Reporting to the Market Development Manager/Head of Strategy, the key responsibilities of this role may include and are not limited to:

  • Conducting market research to identify new channels and areas to improve the omnichannel experience across our markets
  • Analyzing data and metrics to form insights and presenting them to the team
  • Tracking channel progress to ensure the suitability and profitability of sales channels
  • Identify ways to optimise existing channels 
  • Identify new channel(s)

Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligible to work in Singapore
  • Currently pursuing a degree preferably in Business or Communications
  • Immediate availability will be preferred
