Job Description
- Attend to sales calls and enquires
- Manage daily operations and customer inquiries and requests
- Coordinate sales orders with sales, production, warehouse and drivers to ensure timely delivery
- Responsible to compile all the DO return from different transporter
- Attend to customers’ queries, complaints, return and feedback
- Matching all the DO and invoice and submit to finance in agreed time frame
- Monitoring and follow up the missing DO
- Scanning of DO into share file for keeping record
- Maintain data base on customers’ products, prices
- Coordination for every delivery order with different transporter and different driver
- Assist the Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Executive in all required tasks
- Update and maintain proper filing systems and records
- Responsible for the administration and sales support for the sales department
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments assigned
Requirements
- GCE O’ Level/ NITEC/ Diploma
- With 3 years of relevant experience
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proactive and positive working attitude
- Meticulous with good organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
