  • Attend to sales calls and enquires
  • Manage daily operations and customer inquiries and requests
  • Coordinate sales orders with sales, production, warehouse and drivers to ensure timely delivery
  • Responsible to compile all the DO return from different transporter
  • Attend to customers’ queries, complaints, return and feedback
  • Matching all the DO and invoice and submit to finance in agreed time frame
  • Monitoring and follow up the missing DO
  • Scanning of DO into share file for keeping record
  • Maintain data base on customers’ products, prices
  • Coordination for every delivery order with different transporter and different driver
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Executive in all required tasks
  • Update and maintain proper filing systems and records
  • Responsible for the administration and sales support for the sales department
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments assigned


Requirements

  • GCE O’ Level/ NITEC/ Diploma
  • With 3 years of relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Proactive and positive working attitude
  • Meticulous with good organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
