Job Description
  • Provide leadership and expertise in implementing Social Media and Digital Marketing strategies
  • Plan and derive sales promotional activities
  • Develop creative artworks like e-invites, banners and promotional posters
  • Assist in preparation of monthly newsletter and localize contents for internal colleagues
  • Create, build and manage E-commerce store
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points
  • Work with internal and external parties to create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Deliver monthly Digital Marketing reports and insights to the business
  • Drive curation of content on Social Media, Web and Search to distribute effective marketing acquisition
  • Drive Social Media, Search and Google Display Network to build awareness
  • Drive ongoing measurement and process improvements of Search Engine efforts, audience engagement metrics and campaign ROI
  • Plan / Executive the deployment of creative / content assets across the retailer and exhibition
  • Work with agencies to execute digital marketing plans spanning paid, owned and earned media space
  • Plan and optimise marketing budget allocation
  • Ensure compliance with Company brand and Social Media guidelines
  • Plan, manage and monitor online marketing plan

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing or Digital
  • Possess hands-on-knowledge in SEM / SEO marketing and Google Analytics
  • Good understanding of digital platforms
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in managing Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge in design software will be an added advantage (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, AutoCAD)
