We work largely with clients in the B2B sector include public sector agencies and MNCs. We are looking for a Client Service Executive intern to join our team.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and work closely with the Client Service team to handle the day-to-day execution and implementation for a wide range of clients and projects
  • Ensuring the clients’ projects, both offline and online, are managed efficiently
  • Managing project schedules for designated clients on a daily basis
  • Communicating the client’s needs to the creative team, through discussions with clients, servicing team, conducting research, and providing a written brief with resources into the studio.
  • Briefing jobs throughout each stage of a project, processing amends and arranging for development to be carried out.
  • Reviewing daily insights, websites, and sharing articles of interest with the relevant team members and contributing ideas for creative proposals
  • Coordinating and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure work for clients is completed on time and to budget.
  • Responding to all client requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cultivating good and effective relationships with the clients.


Requirements:

  • Marketing, business, communications-related degree or equivalent is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a variety of day-to-day tasks
  • Good time management skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and intelligently to deliver client needs.
  • Self-motivated team player and creative problem-solver.
  • Enthusiastic, conscientious, proactive and can-do attitude
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of apps.
