SiliconPlus Communications Pte Ltd – Creative Studio Coordinator Intern

The candidate can be a fresh graduate or currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Degree in business, communications, administration or related discipline.

• Assist the traffic and creative resource department with operational and administrative aspects of running the studio.
• Coordinate, organize and track project progress.
• Effectively communicate relevant project information and highlight key considerations to meet clients’ needs.
• Review and check artwork and revisions with attention to detail throughout the lifecycle of each project.
• Report project status and issues that may impact project scheduling, delivery or client relationships.
• Develop and implement internal processes related to productivity, efficiency, quality control and workflow.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors and partners, get quotations to ensure fair and reasonable pricing for approval and ensure smooth production and delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and tech and digitally savvy.
• Possess a passion for creative and project management.
• A proactive and responsible go getter with a lot of initiative.
• Good communication, project management and organisational skills.
• Able to self-manage while multi-tasking.
• Must be responsive and resourceful, with the ability to pull together resources quickly to meet studio demands.
• Able to perform well and adaptable to changing priorities.
