Ensure a comfortable experience for patients who attend at our GP clinics

· Attend to all patient enquiries.

· Provide customer service including registration of patients, queue management, scheduling of appointments, dispensing of medications, invoicing and collection of payment etc.

· Receipt and dispatch of drugs/consumables/investigations

· Ensure accurate and prompt claims submissions to government agencies and corporate partners

· Assisting the doctor in simple procedures/chaperoning duties or during consultation

· Responsible for opening of the clinic at the beginning of the shift

· Ensuring the cleanliness of the general area and the consultation rooms

· Sanitizing all the medical tools

· Any other duties deemed relevant by the resident physician on duty
