Job Description
  • Manage a Full set of account of overseas branch accounts to ensure that all entry is posted correctly accordingly to company policy and local accounting policies with an audit.
  • Manage the financial transaction to ensure that financial activity and operations adhere to group policies and industry best practices
  • Performance financial analysis of the overseas entity's financial performance.
  • Classify bills/expenses to respective projects
  • Assist in monthly accounts closing and follow up on payment
  • Issue invoices /statements to external partners, as needed
  • Prepare government statistics survey
  • Prepare Local tax/Gov submitting with supporting schedules
  • Prepare Monthly Directors' claim
  • Prepare Monthly details Report to Group level
  • Maintenance and timely submission for all monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and reporting, and other ad hoc reporting.
  • To undertake other related jobs from time to time directed by superior
  • Support end-to-end recruitment functions which include job posting and screening
  • Update and maintain employees’ personal data and records
  • Handle employee medical and leaves matters
  • Manage application, renewal and cancellation of all work passes
  • Engage and provide HR advisory to employees
  • Responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day HR operational and administration activities and all office-related matters
  • Staff salary computation, Gov Insurance & tax submission and payment
  • Ad-Hoc responsibilities/tasks assigned by management

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and self-driven, commitment to excellence and meticulous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  •  Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure
