Simple Group – Business Development Intern

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing for new leads via online/offline channels and arranging potential meetings 

• Obtaining new clients (potential partners/sales prospects/speakers for our event) and maintaining existing relationships with existing customers 

• Conduct market research to improve sales pipeline 

• Promote business development by seeking new business partnerships and exploring new sales channels 

• Effectively and efficiently fielding and qualifying interest from lead generation and digital canvassing 

• Developing advantageous solutions for clients and establishing quality long-term partnerships 

• Lead quarterly, bi-annual and annual strategic business reviews with accounts 

• Create sales pitch presentation and other pitch materials 

• Handle all other ad-hoc administration tasks when assigned

You will also have the opportunity to work in our Vietnam office for 1 to 3 months*. You will be able to experience Vietnamese culture, business practices and interact with our Vietnamese colleagues under the guidance of one of our co-founders.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business / Marketing / Mass Communications or equivalent 

• Able to speak well and pitch ideas to others 

• Team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Good command of English 

• Able to conduct research efficiently and effectively
