The HR assistant supports the two departments to achieve organizational goals and that the compliance obligations are met. The ideal candidate possesses solid ethical framework and understanding of confidentiality, and has demonstrated integrity, accountability, and strong work ethic in prior work experience.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for our internships: job posting, sourcing, interview scheduling, and management of the offer process between candidates and the hiring manager
- Work with recruitment agencies for our hiring needs, including furnishing JDs to agencies, interview scheduling, and any other processes needed
- Manage recruitment projects, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, mapping
- Assist in designing onboarding process and company-wide HR policies
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or Human Resource
- Good at English communication skills, both written and verbal (equivalent to IELTS 7.0)
- Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload
- At least 1 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with using cloud based book keeping software e.g. Xero
