Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks including communication, scheduling, data entry, and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
