Job Description

As SimplyGood’s BD and Partnerships Intern you will expect to be putting on your learning cap to acquire new leads using lead generation softwares and CRM tools. You will also be tasked with joining competitions, and obtaining new grants to help with SimplyGood's growth. Your role is essential in establishing client relationships, and driving revenue for SimplyGood. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and Head of Growth and Sales.

Work Scope

  • Oversee and source for grant applications and start up competitions
  • Coordinate and prepare pitching materials
  • Assist to coordinate special partnerships projects
  • Assist with lead generation activities such as sourcing and identifying potential leads
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, and Klaviyo)
  • Support corporate partnerships opportunities and sales tender
  • Create and maintain marketing sales assets
  • Assist with building sales forecast and financial models
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Self-motivated, independent and ability to execute
  • Ability to work successfully within small, unstructured teams
  • Highly organised and able to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and able to work in start up environment, able to wear multiple hats

Preferred Candidates: Able to work for a minimum of 6 months. Summer interns are welcome to apply.
