Support the sales team in managing e-commerce operations and in-store promotions to drive online sales and enhance brand presence.
Outcomes
- Accurate Product Listings and Pricing: Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings and pricing on online marketplaces (Shopify, Shopee, Carousell), including all relevant information and visually appealing presentation.
- Timely Order Fulfilment: Coordinate with logistics to ensure 100% of online orders are delivered within the promised timeframe, minimizing delays and maximizing customer satisfaction.
