Job Description
-Coordinate with and provide support to customers and respective departments
-Work with the operations team to provide feedback to customer on operations issues, resolve service issues highlighted by the customers and ensure that customer’s performance measurements are met
-Attending incoming calls and enquiries
-Provide quotations to customers with necessary follow up and liaison
-Servicing existing customers and securing new customers
-Collaboration and coordination for completion of customer’s job
-Provides solutions to daily operation issues, when necessary
