Sin Hwa Dee Foodstuff Pte Ltd. – Merchandiser

**SEASONAL JOB - CNY. ATTRACTIVE REMUNERATION W/ TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE!!**

· To check stock balance for all SKUs (Yusheng).

· To ensure that all stocks are prominently displayed (Stocks are to be displayed in front.).

· Ensure all stocks are taken and drawn out from the store.

For Yusheng:

- Check their warehouse and display shelving for hidden stocks.

- Take out all stock from carton boxes and display properly.

· To check the expiry dates on all stocks. To keep a look out for expired dates and items without the expiry date.

· Open and display one box of Chef Chen Yusheng.

· Place an order with supervisor if the stocks are not sufficient.

· Display all posters and price tags.

- If price tag is missing, please obtain the price tag from the supervisor.

- Check that all price tags are updated.

· To visit and take orders from customers.

· Issue invoices and process picking list (if necessary).

· Collect credit and outstanding payments.

· Arrange for delivery of goods for your customers (if necessary).

· Deliver goods yourself when the delivery driver is absent or when the customer(s) need the goods urgently.

· To attend and participate in all meetings, trade exhibitions, consumer shows and any other events as stipulated by the Company.

· To work on Public Holidays (if necessary). However, you will be given time off when you are required to work on Public Holidays.

· You are required to observe and comply with the following:

- All cash proceeds or payments from credit invoices must be submitted to the Company on the same date of receipt.

- All designated customers must be serviced.

- You must have other means of transport in case of vehicle breakdown (if using own transport).

- Theft of goods or cash will be prosecuted.

- You are responsible for all traffic fines and parking summons (if applicable).

- You are responsible for all damages to your own vehicle (if applicable).

- You are not allowed to do any sales proceedings other than those designated by the Company.

- You are not allowed to utilize official working hours to conduct any other business dealings or any other activities not stipulated by the Company (including to explore / secure alternative employment).
