Job Description
  • Assist in ensuring all product creation complies with customer, government and legal regulatory requirements within the country of use.
  • Assist in the cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory.
  • Perform physico-chemical test, sensory evaluation and microbiological tests on food products.
  • Perform product shelf-life study tests.
  • Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and finished product quality.
  • Coordinate with the external pest control service provider.
  • Attend and provide support in external food safety audits.
  • Attend to any other ad-hoc quality and safety matters.
