We are a Hainanese chicken rice brand in Singapore situated in Seah Street, the Hainanese enclave of Singapore.
Job Description
- Manage day-to-day employee-related matters
- Manage on-boarding and departure of employees
- Pass application and issuance matters for all foreign employees
- Manage all matters involving government agencies (E.G. Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and ETC.)
- Generate all employment-related reports as required by directors for internal and external purposes
- Update and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documents
- Exercise sound understanding of the Employment Law in order to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation to the statutory requirements appraisal cycles and provide sound recommendations on salary benchmarking and adjustments
- Employee-related claims (E.G. NS-make up pay claims, Government-paid parental leave claims, ETC.)
- Assist in staff grievances and counselling
- Staff Welfare Management
- Execute all other tasks as instructed by Superior
