Sin Yu Rong Trading – Marketing and eCommerce Intern

Intern Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing our ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing, and day to day operations.
• Assist in optimizing website content and user experience to enhance search engine visibility and drive traffic.
• Contribute to the execution of SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid search performance.Manage and optimize our presence on online e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor website performance metrics and assist in implementing improvements.
• Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities monthly to identify growth opportunities.

• Gain practical experience in ecommerce operations, including platform management and online merchandising.
• Develop skills in digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and email marketing.
• Gain experience with exposure to livestream marketing and top-tier livestreams
• Understand customer behaviour and preferences in the online retail space.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in Poly or Uni, with a relevant degree or diploma program (Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related fields). Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Shopify) is a plus.·
• Ok to work in non-conditioned environments (well-ventilated).· 
• Able to commit 3 months, 6 months preferred.
• Internship period: Aug - Dec
