Job Description
  1. Office Management: Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  2. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  3. Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  4. Scheduling: Coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
  5. Document Preparation: Drafting, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  6. Information Management: Organizing and maintaining information in a systematic manner.
  7. Customer Service: Providing support to customers, clients, and visitors.
  8. Event Planning: Coordinating and organizing meetings, conferences, and other events.
  9. General Assistance: Providing support to colleagues and managers as needed.
