We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded Studio client experience associate our Singapore branch. The Studio experience drives sales and profit through leadership, training and development of the studio team.

Note: This is the application for the Studio Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Understand packages and pricing structure and services
2. Use the current CRM system to document client notes
3. Assist booked clients with pre-wedding items, and troubleshooting
4. Manage daily needs, issues or emergencies
5. Respond to client expectations, requests and questions
6. Manage studio calendar and scheduled events
7. Respond to incoming client emails, and phone calls within 24 hours
8. Attend networking events to build industry relationships
9. Cross check all booked events with assigned photographers schedules
10. Streamline processes and determine best practices
