Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment so as to ensure the smooth running of the operations. He/She will be responsible for general permanent staffing in the commercial space. You will be given clients’ orders to work on and is responsible for maintaining their relationship with their clients and their own pool of candidates. At the same time, he/she will also be asked to do their own business development to bring in potential new clients for the company.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the full spectrum of recruitment from business development, sourcing of candidates, fulfilment of job orders and after sales support.
- Ensuring a seamless delivery of permanent recruitment solutions to clients.
- Provide professional advice to clients and candidates in regard to the whole process of recruitment.
- Coordination and negotiation of salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates.
- Job Posting on advertisement websites to attract potential candidates. - Performing reference and background checks.
- Other ad-hoc assignments assigned by Company.
Requirement:
- Candidates with sales experience and have a "Hunter" attitude are most welcome.
- Strong knowledge in staffing techniques and labour regulations
- Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and difficult situations
- To be actively involved in a highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates must be willing to work on Commission-Based, Commission up to 60% for every successful job placement.
- Candidates who require a Work Pass/Work Visa need not apply.
