- The proposed internship end date must not be later than the graduation date at the Institute of Higher Learning.

1) HR Intern (Communication - Engagement) - (SRHR00)
- Provide assistance in events (sourcing of vendors, coordination with vendors and employees, on-site event management, post-event follow-ups, etc.)
- Design of various communication materials such as EDM, posters, etc.
- Assist in photography and videography
- Assist in weekly social media posts and live event coverage on Instagram
- Research into industry's best practices in terms of marketing communications
- Other duties as assigned by superior
- Event Management (recreational + CSR)

2) HR Intern (HR Development) - (SRHR00)
a) Work with Operations for training enrolment:
- Identify eligible trainees
- Communications with Operations for enrolment
- Ensure trainees meets course requirements
- Track and update enrolment reporting to management
b) Coordinate and support training logistics:
- Coordinate training resource availability including venue and catering
- Send training confirmation e-mails
- Manage requests such as amendments to training dates
- Maintain and/or ensure that training logistics updated in HR Prosoft training system
c) Support High Performance Culture (HPC) programme:
- Maintain and enhance SharePoint site to make supporting resources available to participants
- Provide ad-hoc program support as required
d) Support HRD Team in other L&D activities:
- Support Computer Based Learning. e.g. Invigilation
- Help support the logistics relating to other interns within the company
- Support other HR related ad-hoc requests
Requirements - Proficient in Excel and Power Automate.
3. HR Intern (Recruitment) - (SRHR00)
TA interns will be doing the followings:
- Assist with the administration of TA process: data entry, arranging medical check-ups, arranging interviews, conduct assessment centre, etc.
- Assist with screening of resumes (for certain roles)
- Assist with Career Fairs administration: Logistics preparation, attending the career fairs, manage database of interested candidates, follow-up admin with interested candidates, etc.
- Assist with data collections: collect data on hiring success rate, career fair success rate, TA SLA, etc.
- Assist with improvement project: e.g. create or improve automation within TA processes, branding projects, TA process improvement projects, etc.
- One intern will be appointed as 'Intern Manager' in-charge in managing internship matters from sourcing to exiting of interns.
Requirements - MS Office 365 applications e.g. Power Automate and Power BI.
4. HR Intern (Compensation & Benefits) - (SRHR00)
a) Compensation & Benefits Fundamentals:
- Exposure to the structure and processes involved in Compensation & Benefits within a major organization
- Practical understanding of promotion cycles, salary upgrades, and job evaluation processes
- Learn how to create, review, and update important C&B forms (e.g., promotion forms, salary upgrade forms)
b) HR Policy Management:
- In-depth training on HR policy review, understanding key policies, and identifying inconsistencies in the HR manual
- Hands-on experience in updating policies and ensuring that all content is compliant with current regulations and best practices
- Tasked with ensuring all hyperlinks and internal references in policies are accurate and functional
c) Process Documentation & File Management:
- Hands-on experience in manually preparing Pfiles and exposure to future digital filing systems (e.g., EPFiling)
- Learn proper documentation and archival processes for sensitive employee data
d) Communication & Reporting:
- Develop your communication skills by preparing reports and documenting inconsistencies or issues in HR processes
- Responsible for following up on identified discrepancies in policies or documentation and communicating them to senior staff
e) Innovation and Process Improvement:
- We welcome and encourage interns to share new ideas and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance current workflows and find innovative solutions for efficiency.
