Responsibility:
The intern will be part of HR department where they will learn & acquire the fundamental of various HR Function. This role will provide support in recruitment, training, employee engagement & other daily HR operational duties.
· Involve in recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening and interview arrangement.
· Involve in new hire onboarding process, including pre-onboarding coordination as well as offboarding clearance.
· Involve in training coordination & arrangement.
· Involve in employee engagement initiatives, including team bonding, wellness program and recognition events.
· Prepare the content for intranet Newsletter on monthly basis.
· Assist other ad-hoc HR operational administration matters.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
· Able to commit to a duration of at least 3 to 6 months. (Preferable internship period is from Jan to Jun 2024).
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Able to handle sensitive matters/situations and have strong time management skills.
· Proficiency in Excel, Word and PPT.
· Previous relevant internship experience would be a bonus.
