Singapore Children’s Society protects and nurtures children and youth of all races and religions. In 2022, the Society reached out to 21,559 children, youth and families in need. Established in 1952, its services have evolved to meet the changing needs of children.
Today, Children’s Society operates more than 10 service centres islandwide, offering services in the four categories of: Vulnerable Children and Youth, Children and Youth Services, Family Services, and Research and Advocacy.
Recognition and Appreciation
- Assist the team to organise the annual Singapore Children’s Society Awards ceremony that recognise volunteers and donors for their commitment
Documentation and Records
- Consolidate and organise volunteer data in preparation for migration to the volunteer management system
- Maintain accurate records of volunteers’ hours, activities, and contact information
Job Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Passion for volunteering and community engagement
- Flexible and ready to assist when the need arises
Work Arrangements:
- Full time internship
- Minimum 3 months, preferred 6 months
- 3 days Work-from-Office, 2 days Work-from-Home
