Singapore Children’s Society – Corporate Communications Intern

• Assist to monitor brand’s presence on social media and website
• Assist with media monitoring
• Assist with editorial writing for newsletters
• Content ideation for communications materials
• Consolidate and organise digital visual and document archives
• Digitalise hard copy archives e.g. past Annual Reports and photos
• Arrange and organise hard copy archives storage in office
• Oversee day-to-day management of digital and video archive
• Assist and carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Meticulous, excellent time management and organisation skills
• Takes initiative and pro-active
• Able to multi-task and prioritize different tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising artistic creativity
• Polytechnic students or University Undergraduates
  
  

Work Arrangements:

• Full-time
• 3 days work-from-office, 2 days work-from-home
• Minimum 3 months, but preferably 6 months internship duration
