Singapore Children’s Society protects and nurtures children and youth of all races and religions. In 2022, the Society reached out to 21,559 children, youth and families in need. Established in 1952, its services have evolved to meet the changing needs of children.
Today, Children’s Society operates more than 10 service centres islandwide, offering services in the four categories of: Vulnerable Children and Youth, Children and Youth Services, Family Services, and Research and Advocacy.
• Execute design briefs provided by the team/centres
• Assist in maintaining/updating contents in website
• Adaptation of visuals and collaterals across various platforms
• Understand and adhere to the Organisation’s corporate branding guidelines
• Assist to monitor brand’s presence on social media and website
• Assist to track impact and progress, as well as optimise social media performance
• Consolidate/tidy up our digital visual and document archives
• Digitalise hard copy archives e.g. past Annual Reports and photos
• Arrange and organise hard copy archives storage in office
• Oversee day-to-day management of digital and video archive
• Assist and carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Meticulous, excellent time management and organisation skills
• Takes initiative and pro-active
• Proficient in Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Skills in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro will be a plus point
• Able to multi-task and prioritize different tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising artistic creativity
• Polytechnic students or University Undergraduates
Work arrangements:
• Full-time internship, 8.30am - 5.30pm / 9am - 6pm
• Minimum 3 months, 6 months preferred
• 2 days Work-from-Home, 3 days Work-from-Office
