Job Description
Admin Assistant (Membership) – 3-month Temp
- Assist the Membership Team with event preparation.
- Handle enquiries, registration, and payments for the Membership events.
- Address membership enquiries.
- Update membership data by reaching out to members, utilising various methods such as phone calls and emails.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Membership Department.
Requirements:
- GCE A-Level, Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Meticulous and with good customer service mindset.
- Engages and supports a diverse membership. Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is required.
- Able to commit from 24 February 2024 to 23 May 2025.
