Job Description

Executive, Shared Secretariat (6-month Temporary)


Responsibilities

  • To provide membership, secretarial, general administration, basic accounting and front-office services to subscribed members
  • To support the provision of event management services as and when required
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.


Requirements

  • A Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience administratively and / or in customer service roles
  • Strong in interpersonal skills
