Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of Beverages:
    • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors.
    • Ensure beverages meet company standards and individual preferences.
  2. Office Cleanliness:
    • Keep tea/coffee stations clean and organised.
    • Wash and clean cups, mugs, and other utensils.
    • Maintain the cleanliness of pantry equipment.
  3. Customer Service:
    • Serve beverages to Council Members and external parties during meetings (e.g., standco and council meetings).
    • Assist with refreshments and setup/cleaning for meetings or events.
    • Fold, pack, and mail letters as required.
  4. Stock Management:
    • Replenish pantry supplies and snacks.
    • Notify the office manager of low stock for timely restocking.
  5. Waste Management:
    • Dispose of tea bags, coffee grounds, and waste responsibly.
    • Follow office waste disposal procedures.
  6. Health and Safety:
    • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, as the office operates in a Chinese-speaking environment.
  • Availability from 8:30AM to 5:30PM, with flexibility for occasional extended hours.
