We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Pastry Chef / Chocolate Maker to join our growing kitchen team.
Our Pastry Chefs / Chocolate makers should:
- Have solid pastry, chocolate & culinary experience and understanding.
- Be confident they can expertly work with a creative, efficient, dedicated mindset.
- Be willing to go above and beyond in learning about the current climate of chocolate and pastry.
- Assist in working together with different culinary skills levels within the team.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures across the businesses are in legal compliance, properly implemented and managed with efficiency.
- Be able to document production numbers, stock control & also a general understand of how to order correctly, prepare consolidated reports for management staff and reporting needs.

Our Pastry Chefs and Chocolate Makers will need to be confident and efficient, able to handle their department alone but also work very closely with the rest of the kitchen & management team.
