THE ROLE

As we have launched the new e-collection/ e-payment solution, we are looking for a team member to join our EPG team as Business Development/ Growth Intern with the full-time/ part-time role below:

Responsibilities:

Shadowing Head of Sales in:

  • Deal creation and account management (end-to-end CRM) for enterprise and/or government sales
  • Identifying, negotiating and executing new, high-value deals
  • Growing existing and new accounts, including identification and sales of cross product
  • Creation of pitch decks and presentation to high-value clients or partners
  • Identifying client’s strategic priorities and interests
  • Formulating costing and pricing models/ other financial models

Optional to try to get new clients

Additional remuneration will be provided for client referral

Expected skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Undergraduates in any discipline.  We are excited to work with all energetic individuals who are ready to join the team.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills – Complex problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of payments products and industry will be a plus
  • Past experience in enterprise sales and consulting will be a plus
  • Past entrepreneurial experiences will be a plus

Job Description for Intern-Customer Success

JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES

  • 1. Cross-sell, upsell SGeBlZ solutions to existing customers — buyers and full relationship management with suppliers
  • 2. Developing client classification metrics - based on performance and developing client engagement plans per client classified profile
  • 3. Collaborating with functions and activities of Marketing, Sales, Operations (training and support), IT, Accounts a and HR (ensure interdepartmental communications flow)
  • 4. Establishing correct on-boarding, training and support procedures, ensure that all customers are successfully utilizing the products, are fully engaged and getting the value that they expect
  • 5. Assist in Acquiring new customers through the existing customer base (open and develop sales channel) proactively enhance customer relationships, utility, while ensuring customers’ experience of the company’s products a seamless, consistent whole (increase usage and reduce churn)
  • 6. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team regarding product and service improvements (develop and introduce new features),
  • 7. Be part of the participation in technology product design to create the tools that customers need (develop and introduce new features),
  • 8. Assist to represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process, shaping the right kinds of leads to bring into the company (improve sales processes),
  • 9. Collaborate closely with team members to support subscription renewals (reduce churn and aid in AR), Conducting marker research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs (upsell and develop and introduce new features).
  • 10. Actively pursue subscriptions from existing customers who are due for renewal.
  •  11. Prepare reports and collate data points pertaining to CS department for presentations and improvement.
