- Research and understand learning trends and opportunities
- Ensure optimum learner experience through effective organisation of internal and external workshops, including Leadership, Sustainability, Generative AI and Cultural Transformation related initiatives.
- Contribute to the promotion of a supportive learning ecosystem through various marketing and comms, learning interventions e.g. Brownbags, Lunch and Learn sessions
- Assist in Management Associate recruitment exercises
- Assist in update of policies and SOPs to meet regulatory standards, shift in demands and industry practice
- Assist in communication and marketing campaigns to create greater awareness on learning and organization development initiatives
- Assist in understanding stakeholder needs, manage, and communicate clearly with them
- Assist in development suitable learning interventions
- Analyse learning data for accurate and timely reporting for internal and external stakeholders
