For Conference position:
- Developing content from identifying and inviting speakers
- Speaker management from liaising with speakers, collecting presentation materials, keeping track speakers, etc.
- Onsite room manager and/or stage management, etc.
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing and Operation teams to all elements of the events are in alignment to set up for success
- Proactively handle any arising issues and emerging problems on event days
- Assist with pre and post event evaluation and report on outcomes
For Event Ops - Sales position:
- Administrative support for pre-event preparation from sponsors and exhibitors onboarding administration (for both physical and/or virtual platform), collating required information submission, monitoring fulfilment deliverables on sales contract, etc.
- Liaise with Operations, Marketing, Events and Conference Production teams to ensure all SPEX deliverables are accorded and delivered to set up for success
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems during pre and show days
For Marketing position:
• Handle visitor enquiries
• Ensure exhibitors publicity manual forms are submitted according to deadline & send chasers
• Regular updating and maintenance of FHA database
• Contra media fulfilment/management
• Maintain and upload online show catalogue
• Visitor guide layout and placements
• Visitor registration screening
• Telemarketing where necessary
• Other marketing support
• Onsite support
