Digital Marketing Department’s Goal: 

• Promote benefits of Chinese Wild Ginseng to global consumer and develop new trading members through digital marketing.

Duties & Responsibility

• Produce website content and promotional content to promote the brand and its services/products.
• Creating content, engaging headlines and subheads, proofreading, and editing for spelling, grammar, and brand consistency.
• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
• Develop engagement strategy and editorial plan
•  Maintaining consistency of the brand by upholding the organization’s  style guide standards on tense, voice, tone, and the  spelling/capitalization of certain words as they relate to the  organization.
• Checking accuracy of facts, dates, names, captions, statistics, etc. located in all content.
•  Liaise and work with external resources (e.g. writers, bloggers,  experts) to update and rejuvenate new contents to the Company’s digital  platform.
• Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders
• Contribute insights and ideas and effectively communicate project status/challenges
• Research and assess communication methods and share findings with other team members
• Familiar with SEO/ Google Analytics, email marketing, and web analytics.

Skill Required

• Creative: Visualises, plans, and, above all, deliver  writing that inspires and excites. Enthusiastic about writing in various  tones of voice consistently and with impact.
• Editing: Proven  editorial skills including strong language skills and the ability to  adjust content to remain consistent with the brand, style, and tone.
• Copywriting: An understanding of how to create and present content that persuades.
• Meticulous: Possesses  exemplary writing fundamentals, spot-on grammar and vocabulary, and  proofreads with a marksman’s accuracy.
• Curious: Researches what’s been done, what’s out there, interrogates briefs and answers them in different ways.
• Positive: Takes work seriously with a “there’s always a solution” mindset and a healthy sense of humor.
• Collaborative: Works as a team with the Creatives and Consultants.
• Organization: Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet a variety of deadlines.
• Software: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, text editors are essential.

Non-Essential, Preferred Skills

• Video Production: Demonstrated ability to create compelling visual stories that align with organizational goals.
• Blogging: Successful management of a business blog that furthers organizational goals.
• WordPress: The ability to create content within and troubleshoot issues with the WordPress platform.

Job Requirement

•  Excellent command in written and spoken for both Mandarin & English  to liaise with Mandarin & English speaking associates.
• Degree in Communications, PR or Marketing Experience in online community management and blogging
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a writer in an agency and/or corporate environment.
• Strong conceptual, article output ability and able to do in-depth reporting independently.
• Demonstrates proficiency in developing copy concepts in functional areas like print, digital or marketing.
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task and think on the feet in a fast-paced environment
• Constantly evolving knowledge of contemporary writing and marketing trends.
•  Shows expertise in the craft of writing at all levels, (headlines, body  copy, scripts, long-form copy and more) that connects emotionally  and/or rationally with the targeted audience.
• Ability to understand a design brief and translate the input into ideas.
• Has experience expressing ideas, concepts, and copy through verbal and in-person presentations.
